No Wonder People Around the World Refer to Moringa as “The Miracle Tree”

Imagine a tree that will meet all your nutritional needs, take care of you medicinally, and purify your water for you. This tree actually exists. For centuries, the natives of Northern India and many parts of Africa have known about the many benefits of Moringa Oleifera, and now this little-known tree is making headlines in the Western World. Moringa translates to mean “miracle” and the Moringa tree truly is nature’s miracle. Packed with over 90 nutrients and 46 antioxidants, this plant is being hailed by nutritionists as the “nutritional dynamite of the century.”

The Highest Nutritional Content of Any Plant

The nutritional benefits of Moringa are incredible. Ounce for ounce, Moringa Oliefera contains seven times the Vitamin C found in oranges, four times the Vitamin A in carrots, three times the Vitamin E in spinach, four times the calcium in milk, and three times the Potassium in bananas. Moringa also contains all 8 essential amino acids and is rich in flavonoids, including Quercetin, Kaempferol, Beta-Sitosterol, Caffeoylquinic Acid and Zeatin.

This makes the Moringa Oliefera leaf an ideal natural source for the vitamins, minerals and energy your body craves. And since it is a natural plant, the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants it provides are easily absorbed in the body.

I am taking moringa tea for more than a month now. Though, i was not diagnosed officially with diabetes but i had those symptoms of it. Upon taking the moringa tea, i fell better everyday, it also helps with my daily diet. I spread the good news about this miracle tree towards my co-workers, and eventually they are taking capsules and tea also now.
